I have found a couple of really great sites for 4th of July party decorations. The first is Lillian Vernon. They have great must have items at amazing prices. Like this really pretty Around The Umbrella Table Cloth for $29.95 that I would dearly love to have. 
Then there is Oriental Trading with everything from craft projects to party supplies. Either of these would be a great destination for all your Independence Day needs.
