Now I love Hannah Montana and I think she is a great role model for my little girls, however, when we recently heard that she was coming to Utah, it was too late. Tickets were sold out within the first few hours, an overwhelming number of which were sold to scalpers. Now to get a ticket, you will be paying outrageous prices. Anywhere between $100 and $1000. So now what do you say to your young girl?
Well, most are too young to understand the concept of $30 verses $100 or $1000. But if they are old enough then, explain to them what has happened and why you are not able to purchase tickets at that price. Then offer something else in it place. Offer to purchase a Hannah Montana doll for them or one of her T-Shirts. And to ease the pain of "the night" take them out for icecream or something else fun to get her mind off it. But remember, the point is not to break the bank. As you will not be able to explain the money issue to a younger Hannah Montana fan, the above will probably work just as well.
Good Luck and let's all hope Hannah Montana will visit us again real soon and with more than one show.
